Agentic development for client work; vibe for my notebook.
Anything with a deadline, a budget, or a second reader wins on the agentic side — five of six criteria. Vibe coding keeps the first-exploration crown; if the shape of a problem is still unclear, a vibe-coding session is the cheapest way to find it before I commit to a sprint. The two are complementary: I use vibe coding to decide whether a sprint is worth quoting, then switch modes entirely once I do.
