Before you scope
Questions I get asked before a discovery call
How is this different from hiring a dev shop?
I work alone, with agents doing the repeatable parts. You get one decision-maker, fixed-price, and a written plan before any code gets written.
What if my project does not fit a tier?
I scope custom work the same way — sprint boundaries, fixed price, discovery first. If it really does not fit, I will tell you that on the call.
Do you take equity or revenue share?
No. Every project is fixed-price cash. Equity deals take longer to scope than the build is worth.
How quickly can I start?
Discovery calls within a week. Sprint kick-off typically the week after, depending on the queue.
Do I own the code?
Yes — source, documentation, prompts, everything. No licence fees, no vendor lock-in, no hidden API keys.
What if I need changes after handoff?
Either book another sprint, take the ongoing retainer, or iterate yourself off the documentation. You get everything you need to extend the system.
Scope a sprint.
I take on two or three projects a month. Tell me what you need and I will scope the first sprint.
